International Tour Program

The Tour program is based on each individual needs based on his/her tournament schedule.

We provide a service were we assist our tour players in scheduling tournaments and based on these tournaments we will design an “Athlete development program”. The program will be based on various aspects (Technical efficiency, Efficient movement, point construction, Injury prevention, Physical strength and conditioning) to enable the player to perform on his/her optimal when they compete.

Working on mental aspects during and after training is part of the performance programme.

Individual and Group sessions

  • Each group will consist of a coach-player ratio of 1 to 3.
  • Gym session: 9:00 – 10:00
  • Morning Training: 10:00 – 12: 00
  • Individual off Court sessions with Trainer: 13:30 – 14:30
  • Afternoon Training: 15:30 to 18:30 (Sets and game based aspects)
  • The program slots change depending on the player’s stage of training.

Performance Program

Jnr Players 12 – 18 years

High Performance(HP) - Top Nationally Ranked players and Jnr. ITF
Junior Performance JP) - Nationally Ranked 10 - 50
U/12 Elite Programv - Nationally Ranked 1 - 50

Our Performance program is on a high level of intensity during practises. Training will be very specific and goal orientated during sessions to improve tournament players with every aspect needed. Self-discipline is at the order of the day and the performance groups will be guided by the Director, Head Coach and Biokineticist with specific on court program and strength and conditioning.

We will focus on construction of points, tactical aspects, technical aspects for more advance players, effeciant movemt and foot work, video analysis and many other specific training.

Strength and Conditioning is part of the group program in the afternoons and the focus will be to improve each player’s physical ability on court. Mental conditioning is also a very important part of the performance program that will be attended to during and after training.

  • Morning Training: 9:30 – 11: 30 or 11:30 – 13:30
  • Afternoon Group Training: 15:30 to 18:30 – Monday to Friday.

Academy Program

The Program is designed for players that play competitive tennis although they participate in various other sports. Through tennis as a medium we strive to contribute to our students’ overall life experience and enjoyment of the game. The Academy staffs are dedicated to supporting our students and helping them achieve their personal tennis goals.

Sinnet ITA, CT purpose is to develop tennis by coaching all levels.

Individual and Group sessions

  • Each group will consist of a coach-player ratio of 1 to 6 or 8.
  • Afternoon Group Training: 15:30 to 17:30 – Monday to Friday.
  • Individual sessions scheduled around the group session time slots.

U/10’s Hot Shots Program

Our u/10’s programme is based on the International Tennis Federation (ITF)
Play and Stay. The u/10’s Program is structured to create a balance between
skills development, competition, fun and camaraderie that enables young
players to develop a healthy and successful relationship to competitive tennis.

A combination of fed ball drills, live ball drills, competitive drills, match play and physical conditioning, permits each student to develop the necessary technical, tactical, physical and mental skills to reach their full potential as they get older and move on to the Performance program.

Individual and Group sessions

  • Each group will consist of a coach-player ratio of 1 to 4.
  • Individual time slots 12: 30 – 15:30, 17:00 -18:30 (or other Alternative slots)
  • Afternoon Group Training: 15:30 to 17:00 – Monday to Friday.
  • Individual sessions scheduled around the group session time slots.

Adult Program

Our Adult programme is based on the International Tennis Federation (ITF) philosophy that tennis is for everyone. Regardless of your age or playing ability you can enjoy the game of a life time. Tennis is also a fantastic medium were players can have a fun full body work out and at the same time enjoying the outdoors. The program includes a combination of fed ball drills, live ball drills, competitive drills and match play tactics. The adult sessions can also be combined with physical conditioning session.

Individual and Group sessions

  • Adult Individual time slots 9:30 - 13: 30 Mon - Sat
  • Morning Group Training: 10:30 to 12:00 – Monday to Saturday
  • Each group will consist of a coach-player ratio of 1 to 4.
